FAQ
Do I need to buy a rank for each server?
No. One purchase covers the network. Rank perks are currently live on ATM10 and ATM11 — GTNH is new and does not have store rank perks yet.
Does my rank work on GTNH?
Not yet. GTNH just joined the network, so store rank perks have not been set up there. ATM10 and ATM11 have the full perk list today.
How long does my rank take to apply?
Usually 5–10 minutes after checkout. If it's been longer, open a ticket in Discord and we'll take a look.
Are purchases refundable?
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Please double check your username before checking out.
